The City of Seagoville is fast becoming an exciting place to live and work. Seagoville has become one of the fastest growing areas in the DFW Metroplex. The O’Reilly Distribution Center, O’Reilly Auto Parts Store, Denny’s Restaurant, Wal-Mart Supercenter, Chicken Express, Bealls, Catos, Hibbitts Sporting Goods, La Pradera Mexican Restaurant and Napoli's Italian Food are a few businesses making the City of Seagoville their preferred place to relocate and grow their business. In addition, we currently are working with developers on a Proposed Industrial Park that will provide additional opportunities for our city.

Without question, The City of Seagoville provides tremendous opportunities and potential to grow your business. Land is approximately 60% built out. Thus, Seagoville has plenty of land yet to be developed. On the residential side, we are one of the fastest growing cities in DFW – according to the Dallas Central Appraisal District. Seagoville is building approximately 400 homes a year.
